If your WiFi connections keeps having problems (disconnects) and you see this in your logs:
wpa_supplicant[1696]: wlan0: Association request to the driver failed
The solution (for me) was to switch from WPA2 AES to WPA2 TKIP. It seems AES is a problem for the driver :(
