So, I had one month of working with a Mac. I ended up buying one at Ebay for about 400 Euro.
Long story short: I selled it. Nothing I liked about it. I could not get used to the menubar and dock and shortcuts. The system is far from user friendly, I think its all marketing. Best thing was the fast boot time (which slowed down after some installations of mine, so I believe I should compare it to a fresh Ubuntu/Win7 install).
My conclusion: Mac is not worth the money.
