There are two locations where you can read out Internet Explorer trusted sites directly from registry (e.g. when viewing them inside the browser is not possible due to administrative restrictions):
reg query "HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains"
